Track and Field Club Nationals’ Results

Thirteen years in the making and the 2009 AAU National Track and Field Club Championships didn’t disappoint. Thousands of athletes from across the country trekked to town to torch the track. Competing in nearly a dozen skill competitions at different lengths, girls and boys galloped their way to the podium.
From five years old to eighteen, boys and girls rivaled the roadrunner as they bolted into the record books. Starting their victory marches, the youngest competitors topped out the Primary National Championship. Children between the ages of five and eight shot off the blocks against one another to see who will be tomorrow’s record breakers. Hot on their heels, the older divisions sprinted for the finish line. The male and female divisions were full of breath taking photo finishes and final pushes for the tape. To see who broke the plane to the number one spot click here for results from all of the male and female events .
