Local field hockey players win gold

Three local girls were part of the Pocono Pressure U-14 Field Hockey team that recently won the gold medal at the National Field Hockey Championship at the Keystone Sports Fest AAU Tournament this past June.
Other members of the team include Marni Kusakavitch, Greta Ell, Ali Malacari, Breana Gaylets, Brigid Wood, Julian Leskiw, Caitlin Wood, Mallory Kusakavitch, Maura Anistranski, Casey Cole, Kelly Mickowski, Sauni Davenport, Samantha Pierce, Melanie Kusakavitch and Colleen Wood.
Juliann Leskiw, Head Field Hockey Coach at Holy Redeemer High School, coached the squad.
