The 2010 AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships for both Girls’ and Boys’ will take place in the Orlando, Florida area during June 2010.

 

The 37^th AAU Girls’ Junior National Volleyball Championships will be held at the Disney’s Wide World of Sports Complex and the Orange County Convention Center.  Over 630 teams participated in 2009, making it the largest AAU Nationals ever, and we look forward to an even bigger and better event in 2010.

  

The National Championship is open to any team meeting the AAU membership requirements.  No qualifying required.  Plan now to attend!

  

Some new additions will be taking place in 2010.

 

> Open and Club divisions have been added for the 12 & Under and 13 & Under age groups

> 15 & Under and 16 & Under will have a new Classic division in addition to the Open and Club divisions

> 11 & Under has been added

> 15 & Under Open division will take place later in the week to allow more exposure to college recruiters

> Featured Championship finals on the main floor of the Milk House of Disney’s Wide World of Sports

After a successful AAU Boys’ Junior National Volleyball Championships in 2009, the event will remain in Orlando, FL at the Orlando Sports Center.   Age divisions include 12 & Under, 13 & Under, 14 & Under, 15 & Under, 16 & Under, 17 & Under and 18 & Under. 

 

Boys’ teams will have 3 days of play.   Dates for the 2010 Boys’ National Championships are June 24-27, 2010.  More information, including format per each division, will be announced soon.
