2010 AAU Convention – You are invited!
Calling the future leaders of the AAU. Come learn how to lead, guide and direct the AAU. There will be open meetings for educational opportunities, such as Sport Committee Meetings and Congress. Also, there will be social networking opportunities; for example, Tuesday, October 26 will be our Tuesday Freebie Carnival: Join Us for All You can Eat and Drink! We want to see you there.

AAU Junior Olympic Games

Do you have a star athlete? Or do you have a favorite AAU experience or story you want to share?
We have the capabilities to update the website with AAU pictures and stories as well as promoting events. If you have a story or news update about your club, event or an athlete, please submit the story and/or pictures for review and posting at anastasia@aausports.org. Once you have an approved 2010 sanction, we can promote online at Find an Event.
AAU James E. Sullivan Award
It is known as the “Oscar” of the sports awards and is older than the Heisman Award. This prestigious award is presented to the amateur athlete who exemplifies strong leadership, outstanding athletic abilities, strong, moral character and excellent sportsmanship. The AAU Sullivan Committee is accepting nominations now through March 1st. Visit the AAU Sullivan Website for more information. The semi-finalists will be announced soon and you can vote for your favorite athlete on USA Today. Stay Tuned!

Your event will be posted online under Find an Event with all of your club details. Your sanction will be added to the Monthly Newsletter under Upcoming Events.
