LAKE BUENA VISTA, FL- Wednesday marked the start of a shift in the population surrounding the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex as AAU Boys Basketball National Championships shift into gear.

The 10th Grade Boy’s Basketball National Championships will be the first to invade Orlando, with DI-DIII nationals beginning play today and capping it all off on Thursday, July 19th. Reigning 9th Grade Boys Champion BABC is back and looking to repeat. Team Heat (North Carolina), Arkansas Wings Elite and Ascension Jaguars are all back, hungry for a title after being knocked out in the quarterfinals and semis. The 10th Grade DI semi finals and finals, as well as 10th Grade DII finals will be broadcasted LIVE on ESPN3.com. See broadcast schedule below for full details.

A week later, the 8th Grade boys will be the next to joining the AAU National Championship crowd as they kick off play on July 21st. There will be a new champion crowned this year, as reigning 7th Grade champs Louisiana Select won’t be back to defend their title. Instead, Georgia Stars Black, E1T1 Dynasty and Indy Hoosiers will be looking to get back to that Final Four spot. The  8th Grade DI semi finals and finals, as well as 8th Grade DII finals will be broadcasted LIVE on ESPN3.com. See broadcast schedule below for full details.

The 11th Grade Boys will be joining the party July 24th. Almost 300 11th grade teams will be invading Orlando for a week of basketball. With BABC not returning for another possible championship run, the 11th Grade DI championship could be anyone’s ball game! The tournament will culminate on July 30th with LIVE broadcasts of all 11th Grade Division I semi finals and finals, as well as the 11th Division II National Championship. Last but not least, the 12th grade boys will be crashing the courts at the ESPN Wide World of Sports on July 26th. The boys will be joining the party for 3 full days of tournament play, with the championship game being played on July 29th.
