AAU Football’s Florida Director Horace West named to serve on USA Football Rules Committee

USA Football, the sport’s National governing body on youth and amateur levels, has named Horace West of Haines City, FL., to its Rules Committee. West, founder of the Mid-Florida Football and Cheerleading Conference, is one of 10 people named to this national advisory committee. USA Football members reside in all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
